Overview
TRACTION was a groundbreaking Horizon 2020 project that explored the intersection of opera, technology, and social inclusion. Virtual Reality Ireland played a crucial role in providing XR production support and conducting motion capture workshops that enabled the creation of immersive opera experiences. The project successfully demonstrated how cutting-edge technology can make opera more accessible and engaging for diverse audiences, particularly those who might not traditionally engage with classical music and opera.
