The Problem
The Audi Dublin International Film Festival (ADIFF) wanted to bring the "Immersive Stories Conference and Exhibition" to life, showcasing the cutting edge of VR and AR storytelling. They needed a local expert partner to manage the complex technical logistics of exhibiting high-end immersive content to hundreds of festival-goers and industry professionals.
Our Solution
We served as the local exhibit producers, working closely with Eoghan Cunneen from ILMxLAB (LucasFilm). We managed the entire technical deployment, testing content across 25 AR and VR devices, training volunteers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the conference attendees and the general public.
The Results
The exhibition was a highlight of the festival, running flawlessly for both industry and public sessions. It successfully positioned ADIFF as a forward-thinking festival embracing new media.
